Business and Retail Consultant / Coach Pierre R. Cliche

Finding the Right Coach

Finding the right coach takes time and effort.  Establishing trust is of utmost important.  Feeling at ease, unthreatened, supported, encouraged and understood creates the right atmosphere to look at specific challenging situations or life in general.

A personal coach does not make any decisions on your behalf.  Rather he/she is your personal "listener" and is available to provide you with a series of questions for you to consider.

Not all coaches can help you.  Remember the element of trust?  You must be convinced that the person you confide in can really help you and is willing to meet with you initially to ensure that there is compartibility and does not apply any pressure.  If it does not feel right for either party, it probably is not.

Pierre's Approach

While every coach has his/her method of working with clients, Pierre's approach is to adapt the coaching method according to the clients circumstances.  Circumstances differ, personalities are different, the goals will vary and victory is perceived differently. Because of this, Pierre listens carefully to clients and considers this to be the most important phase. After all, how can you help a client when you do not understand exactly what your clients are trying to tell you. Building an element of trust is a key to success. This will lead to clear understanding of the goals to be achieved by both Pierre and his client.

Pierre has the best interest of his clients at heart and is most interested in seeing them successfully reach the goals they set out at the beginning. Pierre is there to support, encourage, challenge, empower and help his clients choose the best road to success.

Personal Coach

If you find yourself feeling burnt out, stifled, unproductive, lost, discouraged or simply wanting to improve on different aspects of your life, perhaps you should explore the possibility of hiring a personal coach. I encourage you to do so.

Business Coach

If your organization is experiencing difficulties with productivity, employee morale, lower than acceptable bottom line expectations, a sudden drop in sales  or need a new strategy, then I would recommend you consider hiring a business coach. There is nothing like a set of fresh eyes to look at a business with a new approach.  In this case, the lack of history and association with your business can be a real advantage.
