A strategic review of your business operations and activities on a regular basis is not only helpful, it is also necessary to ensure that you are on the right track for now and in the future. 

Pierre can help you to take a step back and look at your present plan.  This exercise can help you to recognise signs of business fatigue, identify  factors leading to gain or loss of market share or help you accept the fact that things are just not going they way you planned them to be.
